In the absence of an amicable resolution to any dispute arising between the parties, only the French courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence, in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation No. 1215/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2012.
